ELTE keeps its place among the best in competition law

For the third year in a row, the ELTE team has qualified its written submissions for the oral round, which is held for the top 12 teams in London. A total of 42 teams took part in the competition organised by King's College this year.
In further recognition, Lili Szikszai was awarded an Honourable Mention for Excellent Advocacy for her oral performance.
The underlying case law of the competition again this year dealt with complex questions, with a focus on sustainability agreements and the competition law treatment of online information sharing by businesses and the resulting issues of interpretation of EU law.
