On October 6, a formal ceremony was held in the Faculty Council Hall to present certificates to the students who successfully completed the Deutsche Rechtsschule program. Eight graduates received their certificates in person, while two others will join them later—bringing the total number of graduates to ten.

After successfully completing the program, students have the opportunity to continue their studies at the University of Göttingen, where they can obtain an LL.M. degree.

The program is supported by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD – Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst), which, among other forms of assistance, offers two scholarships each year for participation in the Göttingen program. The DAAD scholarship recipients for the upcoming semester are Zsuzsanna Zsoldos and Vajk Várai-Jeges.

At the graduation ceremony, welcome addresses were delivered by Dr. Krisztina Rozsnyai, Vice-Dean for international affairs; Kristina Rudnick, Cultural Attaché of the German Embassy; Mónika Sax, Head of the DAAD German Information Centre; and Michael Wilding, the current German language lecturer.

With these ten new graduates, the number of students who have successfully completed the Deutsche Rechtsschule program since its launch in 2002 now exceeds 240.

The next program will start in September 2026, and applications will open at the end of August 2026.
