My fields of research and interest include contract law, tort law, comparative private law, European private law and consumer law. I am very much interested in 'legal transplants' that means importing/borrowing legal rules, principles, concepts from one legal system to another. Besides, I perform research and analyses on comparative contract law and comparative tort law.
