The focus of my research is on contract law, with particular attention to the issues of change of parties (assignment, transfer, assumption of debt and assignment of contracts). I also focus on the comparative analysis of legal relations related to credit (credit contracts, loan contracts, factoring, leasing, etc.).

My research covers the area of company law, with a focus on corporate purpose.

My research covers in personam and in rem securities, and it also extends to financial collaterals.
