Professors of ELTE Faculty of Law and the University of Göttingen Faculty of Law will discuss the German and Hungarian highest judicial instances’ – the Federal Supreme Courts’, the Federal Constitutional Court’s, the Kúria’s, and the Hungarian Constitutional Court’s – role in the administration of justice and the unification of the law, with special regard to current domestic-, international- and EU law challenges in their proceedings.
