Main research areas
My research focuses on state aid law in the European Union. State aid law sets several conditions for undertakings' eligibility for national aid schemes and determines state intervention in the economy. My recent interests include State aid granted during economic crises, specifically during the COVID-19 pandemic.
This research field investigates the effects of the EU Court's jurisprudence on the national autonomy of taxation.
My research focuses on the application of Article 47 of the EU Charter by Hungarian courts.
The research explores the shift in the EU economic policy and its manifestations in EU State Aid policy and law. Greater autonomy concerning key areas (green transition, important projects of common European interest) modifies state aid law due to stronger economic intervention.
