My research focuses on agricultural law, real estate law, and land registration law. Within the field of agricultural law, I primarily focus on the system of public law restrictions on land use rights, the quantitative and qualitative protection of land, and regulations concerning protected natural areas. In my research on real estate registration law, I examine the historical context of the classic principles of real estate registration, from the origins of the land register to the principles that have been partially transformed by the new electronic real estate registration system.
