My research is focused on the questions of legal protection against the administration, par excellence judicial review, administrative justice as well as administrative procedures. European standards of fair trial and their realisation also form an integral part of my research - all topics in a comparative perspective. I also do research on judicial administration Other fields of interest are the use and management of public space and the law of public assets in general, as well as administrative judicial and procedural aspects of environmental protection and climate change litigation.
